About Brian Isely

Brian has been playing guitar since he was 14 years old growing up in San Diego California. His passion for guitar goes well beyond playing as he is an avid guitar collector and accomplished luthier as well. His favorite moments are always centered around rehearsing and performing with his fellow brethren in the band (although we laugh as much as we play). Another recent highlight was performing with one of his all-time favorite bands, The Alarm in 3 cities during their critically acclaimed North American Tour, where they made him an honorary member of the band. Brian is also an accomplished filmmaker specializing in the music genre, having won an Emmy for his George Clooney narrated documentary on Bono’s humanitarian efforts in Africa. He has also won multiple Telly awards for directing music videos for the Goo Goo Dolls and Night Ranger. His passion for music is deeply rooted in his DNA and he is very grateful for all those fans supporting the Whiskey Flowers. Thank you...see you at the next show.
